The purpose of this award is to acknowledge a member of WisRWA for her/his service to the chapter during the previous year. Please indicate who you believe deserves to be honored. Both sections must be completed in order for your nomination to be valid.

The winner of this award will be presented with a certificate at the Write Touch Conference. Both the nominator and the nominee must be in good standing with WisRWA. The nominee must have been a member in the year stated at the top of the form.
